    • Partnered with curators and international cultural organizations to develop culturally sensitive digital content

    • Launched 7 digital exhibitions reaching global audiences through customized multi-lingual content – a first for the Getty

    • Converted a "pen and paper" volunteer department into an automated office by identifying requirements, selecting and establishing a volunteer management tool, and training staff and volunteers on how to use it.

  • Lead, Corporate Social Responsibility (2007 - 2010)

    • Established the first-ever strategic corporate social responsibility framework for Google India

    • Developed a holistic strategic plan including policies, goals, budget, and evaluation of philanthropic opportunities

    • Recruited and managed an volunteer base of more than 250 Googlers across multiple locations spanning various philanthropic projects

    • Led a major Google.org project to identify, assess, and reward innovative Gram Panchayats in South India for their work in various areas of social and economic services

    Quality Assurance Lead (2004 - 2007)

    • Led the AdWords customer support quality assurance team for India, USA, and parts of the APAC and EMEA regions.

    • Collaborated with and scaled the global quality operations management team; implemented strategic process and data analysis improvements

    • Launched the customer satisfaction team for India and APAC operations

    • Led the training and development of quality assurance reps in new India and other APAC and EMEA offices
